Gymnastics
Gymnastics was our main activity in the gym for many years. These pictures are from the glory days of Turner gymnastics. Our gym teachers retired in January of 2020.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic planning was put on hold. We intend to offer Mommy-and-me classes at some future date. Such classes would be either late morning or early afternoon. Announcement is expected later this year.
Activity
Turner Fun
Our facility, particularly the outdoor grounds during the warmer days of the year, provide ample opportunity to keep families and their youngsters playfully involved. Parents are invited to organize small groups and play games on the lawn. It keeps them off the street.
On weekdays until early afternoon the gym is also available. Clubs, sticks and hard balls are not permitted out of safety concern.
Our social director organizes activities not only for outdoors but often also upstairs in the dining room and/or bar. Events will be listed on this website and also on the Facebook A.T.N.Y. Events page.
Activity
Art Classes
Art Classes for youngsters and adults are conducted by Artist Inge who has served the Club in this regard for many years.
Inge will conduct a “Paint Time with Inge” at the bar in early April and several sessions for youngsters outside on the lawn during the summer.
